The majority nursing staff with exception of small minority are kind, friendy and attentive. I felt confident in their hands. I appreciate that staff are always busy but I felt their response to the ward patient bell at times was slow. My operation is a success and I thank Mr Eanshaw and all staff in the Wastulant ward.

I have one complaint, the food! Not impressed at all. I am lucky I could go down to the rastaraunt to eat/. I did not eat anything passed at the bedside.

All the nurses were extremely polite and friendly at all time. They dealt with the more demanding patient really well. I felt well looked after all round!

All nurses and doctors very caring. Housekeeping standards very good. Mr Glanay explained everything. Very thoroughly.
