The majority nursing staff with exception of small minority are kind, friendy and attentive. I felt confident in their hands. I appreciate that staff are always busy but I felt their response to the ward patient bell at times was slow. My operation is a success and I thank Mr Eanshaw and all staff in the Wastulant ward.
