The staff were compassionate, caring and exercise in putting you at ease.
The procedure was comfortable and I was given all the information I needed.
Excellent service NHS does a great job. Politicians should listen to the staff at the cola face.

Strange to find entrance through "staff only".
Nobody at reception when I entered and had to ask a nurse if there was someone there. That apart the care of all staff from beginning to end was first class, particularly the nurse in charge in who kept me chatting and took my mind off the probings.

The initial briefing was done very well. It clearly covered all of the necessity points in a helpful and sympathetic way, in a confidential setting.
The pre evaluation process was effective, if somewhat daunting, again, it was well explainned.
On the day of the procedure the staff were all professional and helpful.
The procedure was less daunting than I had anticipated with everything well organised and helpful staff. I was treated as an individual throughout the process.
