The initial briefing was done very well. It clearly covered all of the necessity points in a helpful and sympathetic way, in a confidential setting. The pre evaluation process was effective, if somewhat daunting, again, it was well explainned. On the day of the procedure the staff were all professional and helpful. The procedure was less daunting than I had anticipated with everything well organised and helpful staff. I was treated as an individual throughout the process.
