All staff from reception to cleaner and kitchen staff to nurse and consultant were kind and pleasant to interact with and made me feel good care was important to them and ensured that I was well looked after.

The first experience at the hospital is with the very friendly and professional reception team. Then the nursing staff and theatre staff who were all very caring and explained everything that was going to and had happened perfect. The follow up clinic staff were likewise very friendly and professional. Last but not least the ongoing experience with Laura and the physiotherapy team has an continues to be very goo.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to Chelsfield for my Knee replacement surgery, Firstly on arrival at reception you are welcomed with a smiling face and someone who makes you feel comfortable straight away. This practice continues through out your visits whether as an Inpatient or a daily visitor. My Consultant was first class as was his team and each and every one of the Nurses. And of course the facilities at Chelsfield and not forgetting the exceptional meals were also first class

I had a hip replacement on 22 Oct 2025 at Chelsfield. The overall experience was brilliant, the care and attention to detail is very good. The staff were fantastic, very caring and unusually for a hospital they seemed to be happy working there. The food was extremely good and the room spotless. I would recommend this hospital without any hesitation.

I was extremely happy and impressed with the hospital from walking into reception to the ladys offering me a cup of tea after a big operation. I couldn't give this hospital more praise.

I was a nhs patient, I had a problem in both knees with severe case of rhematoid arthuritis had multiple arthroscopic operations on knee which included shaving the knee and adding a gel, followed by physiotherapy. I have ended up in a worse case and worse position than what I was originally. Would not reccomend this hospital at all.
