I was extremely satisfied with the care I received. I didn't have long to wait before being treated. On arriving at the hospital the lady at the reception desk was very helpful, as was the gentleman on reception desk at Minon operation in Dermatology dept. In my opinion no improvements were necessary!.

The nurses are very caring and helpful. The doctors understand and prescribe the best treatment for you. I feel reassured that I have a wonderful doctor looking after me. In fact everyone on this ward (2) CA are cheerful and helpful.
