Own room with facilities whilst waiting for OP. Everyone introduced themselves very efficient, caring staff. No rush to discharge - clean hospital in all areas I used.
Good to see good working practice with physio/nursing staff. Helpful information given.

The nurses did a wonderful job, however the caterers need to make the food more appetizing and crunchy and not over cooked.
