Well looked after, clean and fab atmosphere among Drs & nurses all working as part of a team to deliver my infusions quickly & without waiting (Pharmacy has pulled this for me when I'm ready also) Amazing & good friendly staff.

The personal touch-I was well looked after and kept informed. I felt confident in your hands! I know it couldn't be helped, but I was admitted at 7.00am I didn't go to theatre until 3pm.

Good - nurses were apologetic & professional Improved: it's not acceptable to be kept waiting 6 hours for a ten minute procedure. I am not unemployed and am also a single mother. The amount of effort I have to had to go to attend this appointment & the cost I have incurred (putting my child in nursery) is significant.
