Good - nurses were apologetic & professional Improved: it's not acceptable to be kept waiting 6 hours for a ten minute procedure. I am not unemployed and am also a single mother. The amount of effort I have to had to go to attend this appointment & the cost I have incurred (putting my child in nursery) is significant.
