Most of the sessions were very helpful - those dealing with depression, Anxiety, Self esteem and CBT and Anger issues. Did not find the healthy living sessions, particularly relevant - especially when the group included patients with eating disorders. Would have liked more mindfulness sessions included to help with return to everyday life.

All of the s's relate to the nursing staff. My consultant was insensitive, rude and incoming for the duration of my stay.

Routines were maintained and reliable good mix of serious discussion and relaxation techniques.
All staff are to be complimented on doing a great job.
I found the leader of the course on assertiveness not quite the personality to deliver it. I cannot thank my consultant enough.
