Everyone was extremely friendly, sensible and sensitive. I felt reassured from the outset despite extreme anxiety.
There wee only a few people some day on the day cruse. While this provided excellent individual care, it did mean that some things were cancelled. However, I worked to garden walks.

Thank you for your 5* review of our day programme. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control groups do get cancelled but we do endeavour to provide a replacement such as the nature walks you mention.

All your staff from cleaners to doctors were very kind, caring and heated me with respect and dignity. I attend most classes from the holistic to flower arranging, art classes and the more serious therapy classes which helped enormously and inspired me to try and pick up my zest for life again - long way to go but a start. My only suggestion for improvement if possible is to try to match your nurse with he needs of the patients.

I enjoyed the sessions and being able to speak with others about experiences, where can be useful. I think some sessions could be more structured couple of sessions have finished early and seemed up unplanned, so much paper too! The facilitators are knowledgeable and have always been able to help.

Amazing clinic.
Staff are fantastic and are always supportive.
The care is extremely good.

First couple of weeks were great but the last week, felt like they nurses wouldn't listen as had to repeat myself 3 times.
They need to improve on making sure that patients have no sharp objects on them or in there rooms and update on regular maintenance problems as they are being ignored.

The groups tent very safe. The premises are lovely and relaxing, the activities are well planned and scheduled. The centre has really helped me to build a believes mental health foundation for myself and my future.
