The group therapies are excellent.
The therapists are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.
Individuals attending these will get as much out of it as they put in.
Recommendation -
Key worker, allocated in accordance with patient.

Thank you for your review. We do try and allocate the most appropriate key nurse but sometimes due to availability and demand this is not always possible.

* Lack of continuity surroundings bed time, menu (not able to eat whats being offered), general rules.
* Inappropriate conversations were regular constants and discussion of medication and side effects.
Discussing weight at dinner table.
Overall I found all the staff very approachable and had the vast majority of my needs met.
* Lack of communication between nurses, doctors and therapists.

I particularly enjoyed CBT and anxiety groups. Also enjoyed yoga. I wish I had the opportunity to attend CBT for work stress. Unfortunately this takes place on Mondays only.
For future it will be perhaps beneficial for other patients to be able to attend groups about stress at work on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

The care was excellent and could not be faulted all staff were friendly, courteous and professional maintenance of the building could be much improved and more proactive. I personally got a number of key radiators working much to the thanks of the patients I could have done more if allowed- This area needs attention. Also the trial of a shower curtain in the real study could keep more water in a badly chosen shower tray!

Having a key nurse to talk to at the end of the day is such a good idea. When CBT was on we had subs because the lady was away the subs made us do the same thing as the week before.

As always, the staff, facilities, food and groups were all excellent. More flower arranging classes would be great as I know everyone enjoyed it so much. Also I would like to mention all of the house keeping staff who were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.

My consultant amazing human being and fantastic doctor! Thank you.
Food great. Staff on the whole way night under pressured circumstances.
More activities, gym, swimming, fitness to be done more times.
Not conflicting with other outside groups.
Some nurses very cool!

Friendly nursing staff.
Nursing staff very intuitive and supportive in times of distress.
Homely, comforting environment.
