Nurses were amazing, could not fault them. So caring and compassionate. Art classes were very good. More optional activities needed between dinner and bedtime that is Quizzes etc as it can get boring and meds need to be given at scheduled times that si one night we had to wait till 10.30 pm to get our meds.

I realise that there may be table etiquette that you wish to be observed but nobody should be embarrassed and called out across a table full of people. Do not forget many are here with anxiety.
- You can not call breakfast "continental" just because someone reheated a croissant (often for too long).
- You can not call an exercise bike, blow up ball and plastic weights a "GYM".
- You need to give people coming here for detox an idea about what they are coming to.
One therapist.
Groups are useless, things get bought up, we tell her things and all she says is to bring it up on Monday. But we just told her! Pointless.

Better weights (heavier) for workout. Could be move understandings.
Caring when responding to patients. As patients analyse everything and find ti hard to let go!

* Yoga good, food good, yoga with all very good.
* Sessions quite short.
* Saturday/Sunday limited benefit.
* Time after dinner till 10 pm could be more productive.
* Art could be more inspiring.
* Group sessions very short and not enough of them, very little opportunity for people to share common issues. Self esteem with her very good.

Thank you for your feedback. The timetable allows for self reflection and down time as the programme is very full. There are a lot of group sessions on the programme which address various topics to help aid recovery. If you would like to discuss anything with Matron, please contact us.

Attentive nurses.
Could take any nurse for 1 to 1 and feel heard.
Loved the programmes 'assertiveness', 'mood management', 'self-esteem' and 'interactive dialogue'!!
Routine was so very helpful: firm but caring way of encouraging us to stick to it.
More exercise options could be offered - addition of dynamic yoga after Monday meeting was great!
More access to creative outlets like art supplies, the piano/music time.
Thursday programme is a bit "heavy".
But overall the programme has really made a difference to my stay.
