Excellent staff, organised and effective treatment, great food!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The fellow patients were amazing and the food was great. The night staff could have been slightly more talkative especially in times of distress but for the most part they were good.
Suggested improvements
I was told that I would have a follow up meeting with the nutritionist which never happened but no one really informed me about it. This could have been helped and I should have been told if it was unrealistic that I would get a session.

Overall good but a few complications in continuity of care and what was supposed to be planned.

Nursing care etc I was treated with great respect empathy and we had run and laughter throughout.

Get a new bed in Nave. Please!

I was really well looked after - particularly by some of the nurses when I was struggling ([name removed] and [name removed]). I was also able to trust my care plan because my consultant [name removed] [name removed] is amazing, as wells as [name removed] my dietician. /nVassoo!:-)/nThank you.:-)
Suggested improvements
An error that upset me was that initial measurments of my height and weight, which were lost. At the end of my stay I was remeasured and my height was different, which affected my BMI and meant it had been wrong for 6 weeks.
