Considering how traumatic the circumstances were (a first psychotic episode caused by an extremely rare interaction of two prescribed medications), the staff made it bearable and a lot less hard than otherwise it would have been.
Suggested improvements
Nothing. Everything was excellent.
I found some groups boring and tedious, , but this was because I am a psychologist myself.

Kindest and thoughtful consideration of both my son and myself during a difficult time for our family. Dr [name removed] is extremely professional and yet approachable, she explains everything so well. Strategies that she have suggested have made a tangible difference to our family.

Understandably Dr Halari is incredibly busy so of course we would love more availability

During a difficult period, Cardinal Clinic still provided the support required to get the necessary treatment. Precautions were taken, staff were friendly and the consultant flexible.

Difficult to pick holes, and if I did it would be unfair due to the COVID restrictions. So no negative feedback.

The nurses always had time to talk and listen to you and discuss any problems.

Provide more information regarding what type of access is available to the internet. I could not use YouTube to access sleep meditation audio stories, which are a useful sleep aid.

Outstanding environment (relaxing and supportive) caring staff. Great food, excellent groups, including love the mindfulness. Very good Yoga.
