I have gave very good because, all the staff have been more than accommodating. They have also minds me safe at all times. All the patients have been great (cat).
Suggested improvements
I feel telling people need to have comfort blankets down to feel safe and more. Other than that I have been very well looked after.

- Loved the newly added DBT classes./n- Nurses always kind, alwys happy to help- thank you./n- Loved the facilities- kept clean and tidy at all times./n- Professionalism and compassion from all staff (cleaning kitchen reception etc)./n- Access to amazon prime hugely appreciated.
Suggested improvements
- More AA classes would have been appreciated, understanding addiction etc-> not covered enough./n- Missed co-dependence classes (but I get you cannnot accomodate all things).

Depending on the staff quite a few need retraining./nNight nurse very good.

The staff were absolutely incredible. My stay was wonderful. The staff were always there for me. The care was amazing.

Caring dedicated knowledgeable empathetic staff. Good mix on the group therapy program. Great facilities.

Allow option for returning patients to choose are key nurse./nManagement of psychotic patient was slightly chaotic.
