I felt listen to and understood. When I presented any issue or struggles with the service, they were taken on board and base of dealing with them were presented to me.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing and have turned things around for me, you really feel like everyone cares and the therapy is really good! So is the food!

Sometimes there could have been clearer communications between staff and patients about nurses/ appointments but thats very small.

Because despite still being unwell, I think the service provided by the cardinal clinic was brilliant.
