It’s hard to benchmark because the CC is my only experience of this type of environment, so there might be better or worse who knows. I do however feel the clinic is genuine in its desire for positive patient outcomes, yes its a business underlying but you feel like a human not a number going through a machine it feels personal. The updates on appointments are timely and there’s good response to any queries raised which are always in a timely manner.

Suggested improvements
[name removed] has been unusual in many respects for us all. However some of the support services in the clinic have slipped without any resolution. An example would be the Alcohol Group an evening where outpatients come in, this is a valuable life line for continuation and support in recovery. Despite numerous attempts myself or from my Dr were getting zero response. Feels like we’ve been forgotten as a group and I feel a little let down by CC on this front.
