I believe the sessions are very educative and really helps in learning skills to manage mental health. However, the therapy aspect is quite minimal compared to psych education. It would be good include some more therapy in the Key worker sessions.

Same as above the key worker sessions could be a bit longer and therapy orientated, But overall was very helpful and excellent psychologists running the sessions. Also found it be a little different, It's the same every weak, Also therapy animal would be good, and aftercare.
