The people - with the exception of some which I believe were in need of more appropriate care.
The catering was very accommodating.
Perhaps a more contemporary form of staff training to be able to confidently approach contemporary issues and thinking people in positions of responsibility.
Don't advertise a swimming pool unless its provision the clients can be consistently accommodated.
Please embrace the patients individuality.

Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes we are unable to offer the swimming pool to patients due to to maintenance issues or if the nurses are extremely busy we cannot always release them from their clinical duties which must take priority over swimming.
