Overall, the clinic helped me greatly. I owe a massive thank you to all of the staff. The reason I gave 4 * for decision making and timely care is because sometimes appointments would be made without me being consulted, which was a bit stressful. Or, the time I was given for an appointment would not be the time I was seen, and I understand why, but at the time that was very upsetting due to where my head was at. The reason I gave 4 * for staff kindness is totally down to two nurses who I didn't get on with, one of which was a key nurse of mine who I never felt empathised at all. It was as though they were almost desensitized to anything you said. Having said that, the rest of the staff more than made me feel looked after and supported. As did the chefs, housekeepers , group leaders and maintenance - and anyone I forgot to mention! The housekeepers going out of their way to be friendly and kind was wonderful. Thank you SO much for everything you've done (and continue to do) for me. I don't know that I would be here without it.

Suggested improvements
As above, really. The only other thing I would mention is that my original key nurse just disappeared and didn't come back. I was then assigned 2 new key nurses, so 3 total, and that felt messy. I also, as mentioned, didn't get on with my key nurse. However, I know that if I'd had the confidence to voice that at the time I know it would have been resolved.
