* Lots of positive 1:1 s with day staff. * Nurses are very understanding around upsetting events, would like to mention [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed]. * Not all disputes between patients were dealt with very well- one patient I tried to distance myself from on advice of therapist but was not supported with this by nurses. * Found there was a lack of communication between patients, nurses, consultants and therapists, especially if main consultant is on A/L. * Overheard night staff moaning about patients in the kitchen where all other patients could hear.
