Nursing staff give excellent care and regular one to one's. The care plan work I was given by [name removed] was both regularly and simple!/n(Do not send letters). Cleaning and kitchen staff exemplary.
Suggested improvements
More clarity on organizing appointments with therapists. They should be prepared to say they are too busy!
