The staff were very supportive and caring. They responded quickly to my needs and acted to put me at ease. I felt I could talk to them without being judged. The facilities and food were very good. The classes were informative, interesting and helpful. Fun games in the evenings.

There were some problems with my bathroom sink (Blockage maintenance teams care quickly to try to fix it but bedroom would have been useful.
