Every time I have visited the Brook Liverpool I have always been met with great care. The staff in there are excellent, especially Chris who filled in my details. She was there to listen and was very attentive to my needs and my concerns. All the staff are absolutely amazing there and I have recommended the Brook Liverpool to many of my friends as I've been going there for almost two years and have always felt very safe and secure there, even for something like getting the pill.

Nurse Chris ensures that i was comfortable when taking consultations over the phone, and further ensured that i understood how and when to take my medication once picking up my prescription, I am usually anxious in situations like these however the brook staff truly help you to feel comfortable and at ease and I am very grateful for nurse Chris’s help today.

I was unsure what my experience would be like as COVID-19 changed things, but I was greeted so nicely by the receptionist Emma who was very helpful and Chris the nurse was very helpful with my situation. I feel more comfortable coming to see the nurses in the brook I find them so easy to talk to. The only issue with the brook is there are sometimes not enough nurses, I wish there were more as it is a really busy place when I go.

The service I received was excellent especially considering the current circumstances with covid-19. I rang yesterday and spoke to a receptionist who was lovely and said that she would get the nurse to ring me tomorrow for a consultation. The lady, Chris Roberts, rang me on time, had a lovely chat and asked the questions that she needed to without making me feel uncomfortable. The process was so easy, quick and efficient which is ideal for those who are still working. I am glad that they are still open during this difficult time and I felt safe visiting there.

My experience at the Brook has been nothing but amazing. The care I received from the workers was phenomenal and I felt extremely comfortable. This pandemic can be extremely difficult on people, including myself and it is essential that we get the help we need. The Brook has helped through this and I encourage people in a similar situation to get in touch.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received from the Brook Liverpool. I rang up with an enquiry at half 1 and was fully treated and had my prescription by half 3 the same day, it was very fast and efficient and the staff I encountered were all lovely and very helpful.

My code to enter was 8071 but isn't working for some reason! Anyway the staff were great, thought I wouldn't be able to get my patch on time but they sorted me out within half an hour of arriving at the brook! Staff are always great and really friendly!
