Considering the changes that have had to be made due to the current covid-19 outbreak, i was treated very kindly and respectfully. The area was clean and safety precautions were in place to protect the receptionist, nurse as well as myself. As you are given a time to come there is no one else waiting to be seen at the same time. This meant my personal and private information was protected and i felt comfortable and confident asking any questions and getting the service i needed. I am overall satisfied with my visit as the nurse was very helpful in explaining everything i needed to know about the service.

My nurse, Colette, was so friendly which made me feel at ease. She explained everything in a way I could understand and I felt comfortable with everything throughout. My query was dealt with SO quickly and nothing was too much for the staff. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I’ve been with The Brook Liverpool Sexual Health Clinic for around 5 years now and there is honestly no other clinic I feel safer and secure at. I have always felt welcome and understood, and I always recommend the clinic to anyone I know that needs sexual health advice. There is only one other sexual health clinic I know of near where I live in Liverpool (at the Royal Hospital), and my experience at The Brook has felt so so much more secure, the staff are INCREDIBLE and I honestly wouldn’t know what I’d do without them. All services they provide are super fast, simple, and accessible for all! I’d like to thank them all for all the work that they do :)

Everything was great and really clear. I booked an appointment and a nurse called me few hours later to explain me the procedure to get my contraception during this Covid19 emergency. She was really polite and asked all the routine question as well. When I arrived to the clinic everybody was really professional and careful.
I've always been treated so politely and with respect every single time I've been here. Thank you Chris, good service as always!!
