I recently went the brook to get the implant, every member of staff I interacted with was lovely and respectful. My implant was fitted by Susan, the whole process was quick and efficient, I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me really well.

I attended the book centre in the capacity of guardian with a young person seeking advice. What I saw was a level of attentive care that far exceeded my expectations or previous experiences at comparative abacus centres. The young person in question was given a telephone consultations during the coronavirus lockdown period before being invited into the centre for further consultation and treatment. Not only did they address the contraceptive issue but assessed the young persons mental well-being physical health and emotional status. This was then further followed up by a phone call a few weeks later which really means that the care far surpasses the contact at the centre. Genuinely well trained and experienced practitioners that are able to talk to young people. As well as inform them, build trust, safeguard and then prescribe contraceptive. They made the young person empowered with knowledge.

The woman i see regularly is Chris, she’s so softly spoken & welcoming it made me feel really at ease on my first visit. She is a lovely lady as is everyone in there, a very safe space to be in. Would highly recommend to anyone.

It is very private and confidential and I do not feel judged when attending. They are caring and give your full attention which is outstanding as they fully understand you. They are easy and approachable so I have never felt uncomfortable when I’ve need to go even though I might have felt embarrassed they make me feel at ease. I would recommend this service to anyone especially people who do not feel as if they can talk to their parents or carers, these are the best.

Due to Covid 19, my consultation was over the phone. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and made the experience so much better - she cared about how I was feeling and explained everything, including my appointment and what to do when I got there, very clearly. I have been before and have always been treated with respect, and the people who work there are completely non-judgemental and I always leave feeling reassured, including this appointment.
