The nurse or doctor I seen was a lovely woman called Emma she was so kind and caring would recommend to see her again!

The person was a little patronising and I really wasnt comfortable talking to her. She asked how much I weighted and I told her I dont know then she asked my clothing size and I said 14 and her response was " oh god ". I know that she said that because she was unsure of how to measure my weight but it wasnt very nice to hear out loud, I already have depression and mental health issues that make me insecure and that response just made me feel worse. Also, I didn't feel comfortable enough to ask the questions I wanted as her response to my previous made me feel a little embarrassed for asking. When I came to collect my contraception pill, she said everything out loud at the reception, she said out loud what was in the bag and I was a little embarrassed and uncomfortable.

I was seen by Chris in Liverpool brook centre, such a lovely woman made me feel really comfortable and was so so kind. Gave me all the information I needed and was extremely helpful with any questions I had.

My experience at brook was stress less and I was in great care, the building was completely clean and They made sure that we stayed safe with coronavirus procedures.

i am very pleased with how well the staff spoke and treated me. firstly i spoke to a lady on reception called lauren and she was extremely helpful and had lovely manners and customer service skills. i then got seen by a nurse called Chris! i can’t explain how helpful and kind she was, she made sure i felt comfortable speaking over the phone for my consultation and also made sure i got the best customer service. i highly recommend the brook liverpool for help, because they make u feel at ease and are so helpful. Also with the current circumstances the area down the stairs was cleaned thoroughly and also had hand sanatiser stations. when the nurse brought down my pill the lady handed me it on a silver trolley remaining 2 metre distance while wearing gloves and masks.

I have been getting repeat contraception for a year and half from here and the service is great. I made the decision to change my pill, and the nurses were so understanding and made sure the one they have suggested was right for me.

Everyone at Brooke is so helpful and nice and they do everything they can to make you feel more comfortable. It is so easy to open up to them and you face absolutely no judgement whatsoever. I had a phone consultation and it was just as helpful as going in to see them. My birth control arrived quickly and safely and every time I visit them it is a completely hassle-free experience which is perfect for these kinds of things.
