Been coming here since I was 15. Never had any problems always felt comfortable. Never felt stupid with questions I asked. 100% would recommend.

I would 100% recommend brook! It’s an amazing place for young people looking for help, advice and support. All the staff there are so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The nurse that helped me made sure I was fully informed and help me make my own decisions that were in my best interest.

The atmosphere was so lovely at the clinic and very relaxed! Everybody was smiling, warm and welcoming. Everything was explained to me and the nurse took her time, speaking to me all the way through. I have no constructive suggestions, the service was brilliant!

Really Friendly Clinic! It's just a shame that it gets so busy but all staff try there best to accommodate.

Before I went I looked on the website as I didn’t want to turn up to the days that are appointment only. I turned up on the drop in days to get something quite important and they told me that they had stopped the drop in and that they could not give it me and if I wanted to try again tomrorow I could but it’s not promised. I traveled about 30 minutes as that’s the closest one to me to be told they can’t give it me and I should try another place. Really was not happy.
