My experience at Brooke has been phenomenal. I've never felt in such safe hands. I came to my initial appointment scared and uncertain since I've never needed this sort of health care before. My experience from start to finish has been exactly what I needed physically and mentally. I saw Laura who made me feel safe, judgement free, and comfortable through the whole experience. Needing this type of health care is not really desirable, but my experience at Brooke has made me realise if it happens again, I'm in the best hands. 10/10 five stars. I couldn't have asked for a better experience thank you for all the amazing work you do. ❤️

My mum had a checkup for her coil at the Blackburn branch, her english isn’t very good so I had to accompany her on the appointment as soon as we got there we got seated the lady at the reception was really friendly. Then my mum went in for her appointment with Samantha and Tanuja My mum couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful they were. Very professional and friendly. They made my mum feel so comfortable she was really happy after the appointment. Thankyou so much for the great service.

Excellent service. Removed coil today which was painless. Appointment time was quick and convenient and my reasons for the request were fully discussed with the doctor.

I went to have a mirena fitted and I was feeling very anxious and quite terrified actually but Laura was amazing she made the whole experience so much easier. I was so impressed that I would recommend anyone who is nervous and anxious like myself should use this service. So much respect and compassion. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Exceeded my expectations in every way! Special thanks to Laura and the other lady who came in to hold my hand Tanuza. Bless you both x
