I just wanted to express thanks to the staff at Brook Blackburn. Spoke to Lauren on the phone yesterday and I apologise she is the only name I remember but every single person we dealt with at Brook was amazing and deal with you and your concerns in an excellent way. Excellent service and ease of appointment making, knowledgable staff and understood everything in a no nonsense way. If only the rest of the NHS was like Brook.

My first visit to the centre, the staff and nurse were fantastic. Made me feel as ease and was very polite and fully of knowledge.

I would have liked it if I knew about the services awhile ago. I had to research it myself after trying to seek help from gp. More promoting in gp surgeries and encourage them to use the service rather than waiting to gp to become available.

My experience was very comforting but professional. It was also relaxing and informative. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and my nurse was a lovely character and very compassionate and understanding with no judgements. I would recommend this service to anyone but I was mostly happy with the service from the nurse I saw today.

Everything was great, I arrived early and the reception staff were busy on calls but as soon as they finished their tasks they apologised for keeping me waiting even though I was early.

I had previously received 2 IUDs at different facilities and didn't have a good experience. I experienced a really painful procedure and wasn't treated as well as I would have liked. however, I expected the same thing to happen at Brook, thinking it was normal. thankfully the staff there were incredible and spoke to me through the whole procedure and listened to my concerns. the procedure wasn't nearly as painful and it surprised me at how simple and straightforward It was. Dr Ahmed and her staff were wonderful and held my hand throughout the process. I couldn't recommend it enough. I suffer from bad anxiety and they really put me at ease and even made me laugh at one point.

Both Laura and Lauren were great. Got me in earlier than expected as they knew I was in discomfort and with it being late on New Year’s Eve. Couldn’t recommend them both highly enough. Thank you for the great service

Staff couldn’t have done more to help me. Catered extremely well for my additional needs with patience and care, friendly, polite from booking appointment to the treatment at my appointment they made what would usually be a difficult experience for me effortless.
