I had previously received 2 IUDs at different facilities and didn't have a good experience. I experienced a really painful procedure and wasn't treated as well as I would have liked. however, I expected the same thing to happen at Brook, thinking it was normal. thankfully the staff there were incredible and spoke to me through the whole procedure and listened to my concerns. the procedure wasn't nearly as painful and it surprised me at how simple and straightforward It was. Dr Ahmed and her staff were wonderful and held my hand throughout the process. I couldn't recommend it enough. I suffer from bad anxiety and they really put me at ease and even made me laugh at one point.
