Absolutely lovely people, made me feel comfortable and calm. Lots of advice and information, Happy and chatty. Took great care of me, and I'd highly recommend to anyone to go there for any treatments they need.

Following a painful failed coil removal attempt I was extremely nervous visiting Brook to try the removal again. Dr Usra Ahmed managed to remove the coil she was so gentle, kind and caring and saved me a trip to the hospital! What a lovely lady! I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the nurse Joanne who was kind and reassuring. Thank you both I appreciate your help today.

I was nervous about attending but the staff from reception to who did my testing were so kind and lovely. Put me at ease and were very warm and friendly, talked me through the very simple tests and advised what would happen next. One of the nicest people I have dealt with.
