Following a painful failed coil removal attempt I was extremely nervous visiting Brook to try the removal again. Dr Usra Ahmed managed to remove the coil she was so gentle, kind and caring and saved me a trip to the hospital! What a lovely lady! I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the nurse Joanne who was kind and reassuring. Thank you both I appreciate your help today.
