I was understandably nervous when I visited, but was met with care and compassion. The staff were truly lovely.

Maybe have a little sign on the front door do that you know that your st the right place!

The Brook was a surprisingly fresh and bright environment. I had never been before but the inside was lovely & bright, clean and welcoming. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, and the nurse who took my appointment was lovely, informative and thorough with her questioning and advice.

I was very happy with the experience and wouldn’t change anything about todays visit

Brilliant service after some I inital confusion (Lab change or something like that). Can't recommend them enough for any LGBT+ person.

The initial assesment took 6 months due to Lab change.

Always kind & courteous each time I visit. A big thank you to the staff at Brook Blackburn. Special thank you to Rebecca for making me feel relaxed & at ease. I never feel rushed at this clinic, or struggle to make an appointment. Despite the difficulties I faced at Manchester Hathersage on several occasions in the past.

I was provided with professional, friendly support and medical assistance by Laura. She made me feel at ease and explored my options with me, she showed me compassion and signposted me to options which suit my situation. She is an asset to the nursing sector and her assistance is a contributing reason why I will return to Blackburn Brook.
