I have never been looked after by any sort of health clinics ect, the way brook looked after me. Making sure I was okay and giving me exactly what I needed and doing everything they could so I could have a fully up to date health check. Such lovey staff

There’s nothing that could’ve been done better. Just overall lovely staff who take well care of patients

Had a very wholesome and happy encounter today at Brook, mentioned I was pregnant and was given all the right information. I was greeted by Lauren & Tanuja who were very helpful and made me feel at ease with the news. I feel well informed and also supported.

The two ladies that looked after me & treated me were very respectful & talked to me through out my time in the clinic. The clinic was very clean & sterile. I would recommend this clinic to any one who needs to use it

I was seen today by Rebecca. An absolute gem, she was lovely talked me through everything and showed me diagrams. It was first time going there..was abit nervous. But she made me feel like I knew her previously. She did what I went in for perfectly. We even started talking about other things not related to my issue. I would recommend Brook to anyone having issues. And definitely would go back if needed to.

I visited Brook this morning for a coil refit I was dreading it as I had not had a pleasant previous experience at a different clinic, my experience here was totally different and I received fantastic care from the nurse and her lovely assistant which helped me relax and was talked through every step and knew what to expect. The pain was minimal and over in a few minutes. I sat for a few minutes then felt fine to leave and have carried in my day at work as normal. Thankyou brook Blackburn!

The two ladies I had, Laura (nurse) Tanuja (HCA) were absolutely amazing! Made me feel really comfortable and were very attentive. After hearing negative experiences about the coil being fitted off other people I was very nervous for my appointment. My appointment ran smoothly and there were no complications, I was in and out in no time! Thankyou Laura and Tanuja for giving me a pleasant experience!☺️x

Was seen by such a lovely lady (can’t remember her name with glasses) and she made me feel so at ease. I had my implant removed from my arm and she took real care of me. I didn’t feel a thing and I wasn’t expecting such an easy removal. Would definitely recommend and I’d rather go here than my own doctors now.
