We were seen very quickly.
With an anxious child we were so impressed with how Gail put him at ease.
Gail was amazing and we were so grateful for the care we received.

Gail looked after my elderly mum after she presented with a cut leg.
A lot of care and time was taken when placing stern-strips to close the open wound.
Gail gave me clear instructions on how to change the dressings myself - if a district nurse would not attend my mum at home.

Karen the nurse who saw me on the 8th December/19 was very very caring, very thorough with questions everything really. Particularly calming and very pleasant lady very lovely person. So glad I have met her today as I felt better just meeting someone so nice. Dr. Addie was very lovely doctor, and also Gail very thorough and nice explained things well. Thank you to all lovely lady staff today. They are all very busy and deserve and good Christmas and happy new year.
