Karen the nurse who saw me on the 8th December/19 was very very caring, very thorough with questions everything really. Particularly calming and very pleasant lady very lovely person. So glad I have met her today as I felt better just meeting someone so nice. Dr. Addie was very lovely doctor, and also Gail very thorough and nice explained things well. Thank you to all lovely lady staff today. They are all very busy and deserve and good Christmas and happy new year.
