Happy with all care and food.
We walked into the reception after my daughter of 23 had been involved in a car accident, not her fault she was stationery but she was in pain so I took her to get checked out. Initially when we walked in there were a few members of staff standing chatting behind the desk who too 5-10 minutes to realise we were standing in front of them, but when they did respond the receptionist was helpful and explained that there were a few people in front of us but we should be about 4th or 5th to be called in. We were eventually the last to be called in as the staff they had on could only deal with certain types of ailments and only 1 doctor on. When my daughter did see the Nurse (called Gail) she was more that useless, rude and very disinterested, she even tried to incite an argument with me. I would never recommend anyone visiting this hospital out of hours as the service was totally appalling, but mainly down to this one Nurse who was totally awful.
I would like to thank the staff at Bicester first aid unit for the excellent care I received following being bitten by a cat. The staff were Lucy Weaver, Karen Richardson and Helen Bicknell.
Lucy's assessment was thorough and she efficiently transferred my care to plastics at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Keep up the good work. Having the local service is invaluable.
Caring staff, excellent care.
Couldn't fault my care. Very happy.
Everything was good about my care. So much love and care at all times, above and beyond expectations. I am sure that without all of the love and care I would not be going home so soon and would be bed blocking. We need more of this type of Community Hospital, I cannot really express my feelings and thanks to ALL the staff.
The happiness and kindness of everyone is remarkable.
