Gail and Karen put me at ease in a difficult situation. Very friendly and patched me up excellently.
They explained what they were doing as they went along.
I can't think of any way the care could be improved.

The doctor was very helpful. He listened to all the problems for which I came here and paid full attention to us. Not only that he explained everything clearly and noted down everything that I said. He answered all my queries. I am very thankful to him and must say every hospital should have a doctor like him.
My last visit here on last Sunday was not pleasant as the doctor didn't pay much attention to us.

Welcomed in a helpful sweet male receptionist, informed me of what would happen during the wait to see be seen. In fact appointment at 22.45 called in on time.
Bicester give such a great service to the town and surrounding area.
Doctor Bate was very helpful and new a lot.
Best staff I dealt with.
