Welcomed in a helpful sweet male receptionist, informed me of what would happen during the wait to see be seen. In fact appointment at 22.45 called in on time. Bicester give such a great service to the town and surrounding area. Doctor Bate was very helpful and new a lot. Best staff I dealt with.
