From the moment of calling 111 I was impressed with the triage leading to an appointment on a Sunday with a doctor just a few hours later.
Just want to say thank you for such an amazing triage centre plus the care and attention received by the staff at Bicester Comminity Hospital

Gail and Genene. These two clinicians were amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable and really put us at ease. They went above and beyond what we expected. We cannot sing their praises enough. If every dept of NHS had nurses like this. There would never be any complaints! Thank you so much!
