Can't fault the care that the GP provided however I rang 111 at 10:45 am, was given an appointment for 1:30 pm. This is not acceptable for a 5 week old baby and I had hoped he would have been given a higher priority.

Lucy the A and E nurse/paramedic was a brilliant help. Regarding one friend with mental health problems and the paramedics were brilliant to help too.

The call I made to 111 gave me this appointment. Dr Blaz who I saw today at Bicester Community Hosp was attentive, gave time to explain my symptoms and advised me accordingly, keep up.
