I called before going to Bicester community hospital on Saturday if we need to book an appointment but we were told it is walk in service for first aid unit. Blond nurse in a light blue uniform looked annoyed on our arrival. No patients were waiting in the waiting area apart from us so they did not look too busy. She tried to send us back home for our child wound face strips. Then she finally agreed we can wait but it would be a while (she even highlighted with her voice “a while”). We just left. Such unprofessional manner of dealing with patients especially small kids. Would not recommend.
Hygiene is very good, all staff are very friendly helpful.
Came when the buzzer went off and we did not get cross about it.

The meals are very good, staff are excellent and all nice.
Following a stroke in June I was taking 5mg apixaban and had suffered a terrible nosebleed during the night and during my phone call to 111 an ambulance was called by the lady on the phone because I was having trouble stemming the blood flow. The ambulance came quickly and the paramedics stopped the blood and contacted an out-of-hours doctor who arranged the appointment at the Bicester Community hospital for Saturday morning where I was dealt with quickly and thoroughly by an extremely pleasant doctor
