The medical member of staff that attended to my daughter was very attentive. Explained everything to us both and calmed a very nervous hurt 5 year old.

Quality of care. The staff were professional in all that they had to do.

More staff on duty eg to answer call bell when commode or toilet needed urgently before too late!
