All the staff were very kind and patient with me. The hospital was very spacious with good facilities. Food is good. Very impressed all round.

I suffered from a bad burn to my left thigh as well as other minor burns elsewhere following a spill at home with boiling water.
Matthew assisted by Karen at the Bicester Community Hospital spent two and a half hours patiently and with great care and attention attended to my wounds, which turned out be far more serious and extensive than I thought, and dressed them, leaving me feeling a whole lot better than when I arrived. Matthew then contacted the burns unit at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and set up an appointment for me with the specialists there. To Matt and Karen, many thanks, you were super!

I do not think that I will receive better treatment than the treatment provided by Phil and Karen today.
Their bedside manner was better than first class.
Thank you to both of them.
Today, I can't see where improvements can be made.
