I suffered from a bad burn to my left thigh as well as other minor burns elsewhere following a spill at home with boiling water. Matthew assisted by Karen at the Bicester Community Hospital spent two and a half hours patiently and with great care and attention attended to my wounds, which turned out be far more serious and extensive than I thought, and dressed them, leaving me feeling a whole lot better than when I arrived. Matthew then contacted the burns unit at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and set up an appointment for me with the specialists there. To Matt and Karen, many thanks, you were super!
