The nurses and auxiliaries staff are superb and I have been very well cared for. Food is ample although I do not like the evening meals as I do not like sandwiches or soup.

Sheena (RN) is very helpful,very kind and very caring. She is always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Having more frequent visits to see if I am okay would be nice as I don't see a member for a long period of time.

I am overall happy with my mum's care. There have been a couple of issues but always dealt with in a professional way. I think my mum is feeling very negative about everything as she has been in hospital a very long time. I fully appreciate everything your staff do for her. I'm sorry she's not always co-operative. She's lovely really! Keep up the good work.
