I am overall happy with my mum's care. There have been a couple of issues but always dealt with in a professional way. I think my mum is feeling very negative about everything as she has been in hospital a very long time. I fully appreciate everything your staff do for her. I'm sorry she's not always co-operative. She's lovely really! Keep up the good work.
