This is a lovely place to bring a patient to for treatment, the staff are very professional and certainly know there stuff I would be confident if I was to receive treatment here
I have been a few times now and have seen how the patients are treated and it is good to see how care in action should be. The critics should come here as the staff here deal with kindness and expertise to some very difficult people

The food is the best I have tasted in any hospital however I feel two hot meals a day is too much.I would like a lighter snack for supper like beans a baguette or on toast or poached eggs. The food portions are very generous.I would like to see more activities .I am quite fit and would like more physical activity.

The. Ect team were very good they explained everything they were going to do. The ect team were exellent. The big tables in the meeting room are usually filled and I sometimes feel intimidated. The noise level is loud at the moment, I know people are poorly but it frightens me.

It is very noisy on the ward especially at night time.My bed is uncomfortable and I find the waterproof matress protectors uncomfortable to sleep on. Would like to see an English Dr as it is hard to understand and take in information when they are a different religion

Lynn is most helpful, cheerful and friendly.
I really like her but we need a mixed bay ward.
More sports and men to laugh with.

Good today during this night shift on Monday the 30th of November 2015: all members of staff went the extra mile with me and others.
To be improved: please make us or allow us to make a natural juice from all those oranges just still in the dining room for so many days! And let us watch the end of movies starting before midnight.
